Minivan slams into pickup in Glen Rock after apparent medical episode

YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST: A minivan slammed into the back of a pickup truck in Glen Rock this afternoon, sending both vehicles onto the sidewalk, after its driver apparently suffered a medical episode.

The motorist was taken by ambulance to The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood after his Toyota Sienna crashed into the rear of the Toyota Tacoma pickup in front of 175 Rock Road around 12:30 p.m. His condition wasn’t known.

The pickup truck driver wasn’t injured. He drove his vehicle from the scene.

The Sienna was towed.

Glen Rock police and EMS workers responded along with a paramedic unit from The Valley Hospital.
