The third time, Molinelli said, was Tuesday, when Tristan Rodas sold two bundles of heroin for $140 to an undercover investigator from the Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force. At that point, he was taken into custody, the prosecutor said.

Glen Rock police originally arrested the 18-year-old Rodas in June on heroin-selling charges.

No soooner was he released than police “continued to receive numerous citizen complaints that [Rodas] was selling” again, prompting an investigation by borough police and the task force, Molinelli said.

The first buy, of two bundles for $120, was on Aug. 13, the prosecutor said.

The next, for the same amount, was on Aug. 22, he said.

Officers ended up chasing Rodas after Tuesday  night’s alleged sale, eventually grabbing him outside his house, sources told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

This time, he’s being held on $50,000 bail at the Bergen County Jail, charged with drug distribution and eluding.
