Glen Rock Police Chief Announces Retirement

GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Glen Rock Police Chief Fred Stahman announced his retirement to his department on Wednesday, effective March 1, 2016, Daily Voice has learned.

Stahman, who has been on a 6-to-8-week leave following knee surgery last month, will remain so until then, a law enforcement official with direct knowledge of the situation said.

The move follows the retirement last month of Capt. Jonathan Miller.

Lt. Daniel Dour remains the commanding officer in charge of the department.
