Glen Rock officer finds heroin during traffic stop

ONLY ON CLIFFVIEW PILOT: A routine traffic stop by a Glen Rock police officer turned up heroin, leading to the arrest of a New York State man.

David L. Epstein, 21, was still being held on $50,000 bail this morning in the Bergen County Jail, charged with manufacturing, dispensing or distributing heroin.

Officer Greg Carter arrested arrested the 6-foot-1-inch, 130-pound Epstein after the Friday night stop on northbound Route 208, records show.
