GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Glen Rock firefighters quickly doused a leaf pile fire at the borough recycling center Thursday morning.
The call to the Doremus Avenue yard came in at 6:23 a.m.
DPW workers used backhoes to break up the pile, making the blaze quicker to extinguish.
All units were cleared by 7:30 a.m.
