Glen Rock driver injured after sedan rams utility pole

PHOTOS: A Glen Rock resident was hospitalized after his sedan veered off the road, toppled a traffic control sign and crashed into a utility pole tonight.

The driver was taken to The Valley Hospital with injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening after the 9:30 p.m. crash at the intersection of South Maple and Waldron avenues.

The 4-door Audi was removed by a flat bed tow truck.

There were no reported disruptions to utility services in the area.

Glen Rock police and EMS responded.
