Fair Lawn Special Officers Graduate

FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Fifteen Fair Lawn Special Class 1 Police Officers graduated from the Special Law Enforcement Class of 2016 last week.

The officers, all former Fair Lawn auxiliary officers, attended classes at the Bergen County Law & Public Safety Institute in Mahwah.

Their instruction ended with the borough "having better trained special officers, who all serve voluntarily and assist with patrol, traffic, court and community policing, Sgt.
