Officers Stephen Buskiewicz, Luke Hintzen and Christopher Siano saved an unresponsive Morlot Avenue resident at 10:35 a.m., police said in a press release.
The 42-year-old male had overdosed on prescribed medication, police said.
He was transported to St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson for further treatment, according to the press release.
The 11th Narcan save of 2016 came on Dec. 31 around 1:15 a.m., when officers saved a 36-year-old woman from Fair Lawn, who was lying unresponsive in the McDonalds parking lot on Broadway, according to a press release.
Once alert and responsive, the victim told the officers she had used heroin prior to becoming unresponsive, and was transported to St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson for further treatment, the release said.
