Fair Lawn Adds Law Enforcement Veteran To Handle Parking Complaints, Issues

FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Fair Lawn police have added a veteran lawman to enforce parking complaints and handle related issues.

William Peer, 56, is a retired Union City police lieutenant who also works with the New Jersey State SPCA and is an instructor at police academies throughout the state.

Peer, who was with the Union City force for 27 years, also has taught criminal justice at Hudson County Community College in Jersey City.
