A gas leak forced the temporary evacuation of some homes in a Fair Lawn neighborhood Thursday morning.
Contractors penetrated the high-pressure main line at Franciscan Way and Plaza Road North just after 8 a.m.
Police, firefighters and PSE&G responded.
