Chain-reaction crash shuts lanes of Route 4 at 208

ONLY ON CVP: Three lanes of westbound Route 4 at northbound Route 208 in Fair Lawn were closed tonight following a rear-end, chain-reaction crash that injured two drivers — neither seriously — and wrecked three vehicles.

The victims declined medical treatment after the 7:40 p.m. crash, which required all three vehicles to be towed.

Fair Lawn police were investigating.

Also responding were Fair Lawn EMS and Paramus police.
