The driver told Bergen County Police Officer Sara Toro he had dropped off passengers at the campus and was mistakenly entered the parking lot the wrong way when he ended up in the path of another vehicle.

That driver of that car — later identified as 20-year-old Seryy Alejsiy of Fair Lawn — began yelling at him, the victim said, then spit at him, whacked him on the side of the head and returned to his car, where he pulled a baseball bat from the truck.

Based on a description, Toto determined that Alejsiy attends the Paramus school.

She found him, arrested him and charged him with simple assault and criminal mischief.

He was released pending a court hearing.

The limo driver declined medical attention.
