Joshua Babilonia, 23, also shared nearly 150 images online, including videos of men having intercourse with young girls and boys, a complaint on file in U.S. District Court in Newark says.

Two weeks ago, agents from U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (ICE HSI) executed a search warrant at Babilonia’s Morlot Avenue home and seized a laptop that they said contained “a vast number” of child porn images that involve “prepubescent minors, as well as material that portrays sadistic or masochistic conduct,” the complaint alleges.

These included 200 videos that stretch to nearly 44 hours, it says.

Advised of his rights, Babilonia admitted to the deeds, the complaint alleges.

Babilonia was brought U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Dickson in Newark federal court and was released on a $50,000 bond. The judge ordered electronic monitoring and no access to children as a condition of his release.

U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman thanked special agents of ICE HSI, for the investigation. The case is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Danielle M. Corcione of Fishman’s General Crimes Unit in Newark.
