Joanne 'JoJo' Calendrillo, 67, Fair Lawn Resident

FAIR LAWN, N.J. – Joanne “JoJo” Calendrillo (O'Neill), of Fair Lawn, died Saturday, Feb. 6 after a 20-month battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 67.

She grew up in Hackensack and was a longtime resident of Fair Lawn before moving to Pompton Lakes. She was a former flight attendant with American Airlines and before her retirement was employed by Dynamic Title Agency in Glen Rock as the office manager. She was a reality TV show enthusiast, an avid sports fan and loved watching and rooting for the New York Rangers, Giants and Yankees. Many happy times were spent with family and friends at her shore home in Diamond Beach.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Paul (Chubby); her two sons Darren and his wife, Krista, and Marcus his wife, Jennifer; her grandchildren Carlo Paul and Avery Grace; her brother Daniel O’Neill and his companion Judie Filyaw; sister Mamie Gallegos and her husband, Walter; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother Thomas Patrick O’Neill and his wife, Nancy O'Neill; and her dog, Chelsea.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.Thursday at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Anne’s Church, 15-05 St. Anne St., Fair Lawn. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
