In the PSA written by the attorney representing Glen Rock, Wyckoff and Midland Park, the law office states governing body members of Ridgewood Water did not attend a court-sponsored mediation session Friday, Jan. 8. to try and resolve the conflict, according to the PSA.
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit state Ridgewood Water unlawfully raised its rates by almost 37 percent in the past seven years, and are now seeking a refund.
