Called to deal with a panhandler outside the Broadway store Monday night, Officers Nicholas Snyder and Anthony Burgos arrested Sabino Tellini, 51, after they found the valuables in his pockets, Sgt. Brian Metzler said.

Tellini, who had arrested warrants out of Elmwood Park, Ridgefield Park and Paterson, was turned over to city police after being charged with burglary, theft and drug possession, among other counts, Metzler said.
