FAIR LAWN, N.J.– Former Fair Lawn High School athlete Tracy Eisser is heading to the 2016 Olympics in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, US Rowing announced.
Eisser, 26, will represent the U.S. women's team in the quadruple sculls.
The rowing events will take place from Aug. 6-13.
Eisser, 26, won gold in the quadruple sculls at the 2015 World Rowing Championships, according to US Rowing.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound rower graduated from Cornell University in 2012.
She began rowing for the Big Red as a walk-on, according to the school's athletic website.
Eisner was a state champion in track and field as a Fair Lawn High School senior in 2008.
