Fair Lawn Stages Concert With Davey O., Scott Wolfson And Other Heroes

FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- The Hurdy Gurdy Folk Music Club is co-sponsoring a double bill of Davey O. and Scott Wolfson and Other Heroes in concert on Saturday, Feb. 6.

"Singer-songwriter Davey O. crafts highly introspective songs that look unflinchingly at human emotion and experience, weaving his characters seamlessly into song and story," according to the show website, here.

The concert's other half, Scott Wolfson and Other Heroes, "is an indie folk-pop band that has been garnering recognition for its infectious melodies, insightful lyrics and devilish arrangements, since its inception in 2011," according to the same site.

This "Hurdy Gurdy Noteworthy Night" concert begins at 8 p.m., at the Fair Lawn Community Center, located at 10-10 20th St., in Fair Lawn.

Tickets are $20 in advance; you can buy tickets online here. You can also buy tickets at the box office until 4 p.m. the day of a concert, or until they sell out; they cost $23 at the box office.
