Here's What's Going On At Glen Rock Library This Week

GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- Glen Rock Public Library is hosting a wide variety of activities from Thursday through Monday.

  • The library is joining the adult coloring craze and will host an adult coloring group from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday.The session also will feature soothing music and hot tea.

Registration is required in person or by calling 201-670-3970.

  • Teen/Tween After Hours Open Studio, for those​​​​​ 12 and up will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday. Come hang out and create at the library. Participants can use the library's new maker space tools, ​enjoy food and try their hand in a contest​.
  • ​Yak, Snack and Read is from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Monday. The library describes this perhaps-different book group as being for those who "love the idea of a book group, but are turned off by having to read deep, literary works, don't enjoy being pigeon-holed by a particular genre, or having to clean your house in order to host a meeting, this adult book group is just what you've been looking for."

This month, the group will be discussing "Fun Home," by Alison Bechdel​.​
