Author Sharie Spironhi Speaking At Fair Lawn Library

FAIR LAWN, N.J. – Sharie Spironhi, author of “It’s Time to Get Off the Worry-Go-Round” will speak from 7-8 p.m. Thursday in the reference room at the Maurice M. Pine Free Public Library.

Spironhi, a renowned motivational speaker, educator, counselor and author of "Why We Are Wired to Worry and How Neuroscience Will Help You Fix It," will break down why your brain loves worrying about problems and how you can stop and finally get off your “Worry-Go-Round.”

The Bloomingdale resident will help attendees implement a program that will stop their stress response to be calmer, stronger and happier.

Spironhi also will be available to sign books.

The Maurice M. Pine Free Public Library is at 10-01 Fair Lawn Ave., Fair Lawn.
