Merve's Kitchen and Bakery opened Friday at 235 Rock Road.
The brand — NY-IST — is run by Merve Sibel Uyarlı Gunduz and her husband, who used to work at White collar corporate jobs.
The first shop opened in Itanbul, Turkey, in 2013 out of a boutique hotel.
It was later named "Istanbul’s Best Pancakes and New York Food," and specializes in one-bite, artesian desserts.
The shop offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as kid-friendly food.
