According to its website, the family-owned Maywood's Marketplace offers a full-service butcher shop, a delicatessen with domestic and imported specialty meats and cheeses, and an array of prepared foods fas well as online ordering for curbside pickup or delivery.
"You name it, they have it," said one Readers' Choice voter. "They have so many delicious choices for every meal and many ready-to-serve items as well as exotic olives and many other items.
"Once you go there, you will always come back. It is a comfortably sized store with a homey atmosphere and very knowledgeable salespeople."
The 2024 Daily Voice Readers' Choice contest to name the Best of the Best in Bergen County began with reader nominations in October and ended with a voting period for finalists in 80+ categories in December.
