Essex County Woman Competing On 'Jeopardy!'
This Bloomfield lawyer is a contestant on the Wednesday, May 24 episode of "Jeopardy!" The answer: Who is Joyce Sun? Sun is one of three contestants appearing on the venerable game show, hosted by Mayim Bialik. The show airs at 7:00 p.m. on WABC, Channel 7. No word on how Sun does on the show but she faces stiff competition, as the returning champion, Lynn DeVito recently ended someone's nine-game winning streak.

Bergen County Attorney Competing On Jeopardy!
A Bergen County attorney will be competing on Jeopardy! Tuesday, July 19. Matt Mierswa, of River Edge, is going up against Catherine Belling, a medical humanities professor from Chicago, IL, and William Chou, a research fellow from Austin, TX. Chou also competed Monday night and has won $15,601 so far. Tune into WABC to watch Mierswa at 7 p.m.

Video footage captured a group of North Bergen barbers subduing a fuming man who walked into the shop yelling as he began to pour five gallons of gasoline on the floor earlier this week. The Elmora Youth Little League Troopers of Elizabeth won their debut appearance in the Little League World Series Friday night, besting the Northwest champion Salem, Oregon team by a score of 6-2. Their next matchup in Williamsport, Pa., will be against Hawaii Sunday at 2 p.m. The game will be broadcast on WABC. Powerball: Winning Numbers For The 3/30/19 Drawing
The jackpot for the Powerball drawing on Saturday, March 30 has been reset to $40 million. The winning numbers are: 21 52 54 64 and 68 with a Powerball of 04. A ticket sold in Wisconsin from last Wednesday's drawing matched all six numbers, winning the third-largest jackpot in U.S. history of $768 million.
