East Orange Gang Leader Called ‘Hellboy’ Dealt PCP, Pot: Feds A 26-year-old East Orange resident believed to be the head of a local “set” of the Bloods street gang was charged in federal court last week with distributing marinjuana and phencyclidine, also known as PCP. Tyree Thomas is also accused of weapons offenses and of using a minor to distribute drugs, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. Thomas, who is also known as “Hellboy,” leads the Sheedside Prius set of the gang and is also a high-ranking member of another East Orange Bloods set known as MOB Pirus, according to federal authorities.
