Newark Police Seek Man Who Stole Money From Parked Car Authorities are seeking the public's help identifying a man they say stole a wallet from a vehicle in Newark. A man stole a wallet with cash and credit cards from a car on Tuxedo Parkway near Ivy Street shortly before 4:20 a.m. Wednesday, Newark Department of Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said in a release. The suspect, pictured above, is in his 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and was wearing tight jeans, a hoodie and a skull cap at the time of the incident, Ambrose said. Family Searches For Diabetic Morris County Woman, Boyfriend Last Seen In Newark The family of a Morris County woman is turning to the public for help locating her and her boyfriend, both missing for more than two weeks. A Type 1 diabetic with out insulin, Nicolette "Nicki" Clark was last seen leaving her Lake Hopatcong house on Oct. 31, family members said on Facebook.  Her boyfriend Joe Dobie, 28, is also missing and was last seen on Tuxedo Parkway in Newark, Nicki's family said.
