Curry Up Now: Indian Restaurant Franchise Opening North Jersey Storefronts Curry Up Now is coming to New Jersey. The restaurant franchise based on Indian street food concepts is opening new stores in Hoboken and Newark, along with three other unspecified locations on the horizon as well. The new Hoboken store will open its doors at 91 Washington St., Tuesday, Feb. 25.
