Fajr A. Williams was apparently strapped incorrectly when her bus went over a series of bumps on Monday, July 17, as Daily Voice previously reported citing the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office. He was 29. Born in Newton, McDonough lived in Sparta throughout his life and attended the Clifton E. Lawrence School in Wantage for 11 years, participating in a program for students with disabilities, his obituary says.
