No Jail For Jersey City Woman Who Got $109K From Dead Dad's Social Security A Jersey City woman was sentenced to probation for fraudulently collecting her father's Social Security and other benefits for years after he died, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal said Tuesday.  In addition to five years' probation, Sylvia Wilkerson, 68, must also make full restitution and has to perform 50 hours of community service.
