Man Shot Multiple Times In Jersey City: Authorities
A man was shot several times in Jersey City on the early morning of Sunday, July 21, authorities said. At 12:58 a.m., police responded to 260 Bright St. for a report of a man shot, Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office, said. The victim, 31, was already transported to a nearby hospital, where he was in critical but stable condition with gunshot wounds to his right clavicle, left buttock, and groin region, Wallace-Scalfione said. 7-Eleven Employee Shot During Robbery: Bloomfield PD
A 7-Eleven gas station attendant was shot during a robbery on Saturday, July 13, authorities said. Two men pulled up in a black sedan and demanded money from a gas station attendant, Bloomfield police said. The attendant refused to turn over the money and was shot in the leg with a black semiautomatic handgun, police said. The suspects proceeded to flee the scene, police said.
