Teens Caught Breaking Into Car In Nutley, Links To Other Burglaries: Police Two juveniles from Passaic were stopped by police as they were attempting to burglarize a car in Nutley Thursday, not long after other reported vehicle break-ins in the township, the department said in a statement. The two, aged 14 and 16, were caught at Raymond Avenue and Cedar Street after a short chase. The two had a North Face backpack containing a Chrome Book computer that matched the description of items belonging to a Cedar Street resident.
