Authorities ID Man Killed In Double Newark Shooting A 42-year-old Millstone man was killed and another victim was injured in a pair of shootings Tuesday evening in Newark, authorities announced. Halee A. Wing was shot on the 100 block of Pacific Street and taken to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead just before 7:40 p.m., Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N.
