Lawsuit: Ex-Olympian Faces Suit From Equestrienne He's Accused Of Shooting Former Olympian Michael Barisone of Long Valley is facing a lawsuit from the 39-year-old equestrienne he is accused of shooting last August at his horse farm, a recent news report says. Lauren Kanarek and her fiancé Robert Goodwin were incessantly harassed prior to the Aug. 7 shooting, according to the lawsuit -- filed against Barisone and his company, Sweetgrass Farms, NJ.com reports. Barisone faces charges of attempted murder and weapons offenses, and is being held in the Morris County Jail without bail. A court appearance is scheduled for November. Road Rage: Harding Man Dragged, Threatened Death, Hit Driver In Face With Hammer, Police Say A 50-year-old Harding man was arrested after threatening to kill another driver and hitting him in the face with a hammer then dragging him, authorities said. Victor Henriques was on Lake Trail West in Mt. Kemble Lake on June 22 around 6:05 p.m. when the apparent assault took place, Harding Police Chief Erik Heller said. Henriques was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and unlawful weapon possession.  He was issued a summons and released pending an appearance in Morris County Superior Court.
