Luis Colon, 27, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 7, and charged with manslaughter and unlawful fleeing a police officer, said the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Suspected Porch Pirates Arrested In Nutley; Loot Includes A Kitchen Sink Police in Nutley Monday arrested three people for stealing packages left on porches in Nutley and neighboring Belleville, an agency spokesman said.  Working with Belleville police, officers arrested Luis Colon, 26, and two juveniles, all of whom are from Newark. They were each charged with multiple counts of theft.
