Prosecutor: Pedestrian, 62, Killed In East Orange Crosswalk A 62-year-old Orange woman was killed while crossing the street in East Orange, authorities said. Lucia Saint-Vil was crossing at South Harrison and Central Avenue when a 71-year-old driver hit her in the crosswalk around 9:50 p.m., Wednesday,  Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II said. The driver stayed at the scene and was issued four tickets for careless driving, failing to stop to allow a pedestrian to cross in a marked crosswalk, and two violations for tinted windows, authorities said.
