Woman, 63, Identified As Victim In Millburn Fire A 63-year-old woman was the person killed in a Millburn house fire last week, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said Wednesday.  Firefighters found Justine Rizek on the second floor of the Norwood Terrace home, where a fire had broken out June 5. She was taken to St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, where she died.  The victim's identity was not immediately released due to difficulties in locating Rizek's next of kin, the prosecutor's office said.
