Let There Be (Traffic) Light! New Signal Installed In West Caldwell Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. Thursday announced that a new traffic signal has been installed at the intersection of Central Avenue and Washington Avenue/Stonybrook Road in West Caldwell.
