Police responding to the 100 block of Ivy Street on reports of an injured person found a man knocked unconscious during an argument with a man later identified as Victor Perez on Monday, Sept. 7 around 1:20 a.m.,  Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Newark Police Seek Man Who Stole Money From Parked Car Authorities are seeking the public's help identifying a man they say stole a wallet from a vehicle in Newark. A man stole a wallet with cash and credit cards from a car on Tuxedo Parkway near Ivy Street shortly before 4:20 a.m. Wednesday, Newark Department of Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said in a release. The suspect, pictured above, is in his 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and was wearing tight jeans, a hoodie and a skull cap at the time of the incident, Ambrose said.
