East Orange Man Wanted For Newark Burglary Newark police are seeking the public's help locating an East Orange man wanted for burglary and theft. Quran Armstrong, 42, stole clothing and household goods from a Hazelwood Avenue home around 8:30 a.m. June 4,  Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. Armstrong is 5 feet and 7 inches, around 125 pounds and has brown eyes, black hair and a light brown complexion, Ambrose said.
