Firefighters Douse Vehicle Fire In Belleville; No Injuries Reported Firefighters quickly contained a vehicle fire in Belleville's Silver Lake section Sunday.  Flames erupted from under the hood of the Jeep while it was stopped at Franklin and Frederick streets.  There were no reports of injuries.
