A 41-year-old man who purchased human body parts from a woman in Arkansas through Facebook has been sentenced in a Pennsylvania court on Tuesday, March 5. Eight dogs were rescued in Monmouth County after a suspected dogfighting ring was uncovered, animal advocates said.
