The skimming device was placed on an ATM at Proponent Bank on Washington Avenue on Thursday, Feb. 22, Nutley police said. The suspects removed the skimming device on Wednesday, Feb. 28, police said. At 3:58 p.m. on March 9, the duo entered a branch on Bloomfield Avenue and withdrew over $1,000 using a customer's credit card information stolen from the Washington Avenue ATM.
