The skimming device was placed on an ATM at Proponent Bank on Washington Avenue on Thursday, Feb. 22, Nutley police said. The suspects removed the skimming device on Wednesday, Feb. 28, police said. Teens Caught Breaking Into Car In Nutley, Links To Other Burglaries: Police Two juveniles from Passaic were stopped by police as they were attempting to burglarize a car in Nutley Thursday, not long after other reported vehicle break-ins in the township, the department said in a statement. The two, aged 14 and 16, were caught at Raymond Avenue and Cedar Street after a short chase. The two had a North Face backpack containing a Chrome Book computer that matched the description of items belonging to a Cedar Street resident.
