A 16-year-old East Orange boy was arrested and charged on Saturday, Oct. 14 with carjacking a woman in her driveway in Verona last month, authorities said. On Sunday, Sept. 24, a Floyd Road resident was approached by three men who demanded her car keys and proceeded to punch her in the head and face, knocking her to the ground, police said. 16-Year-Old Newark Teen Fatally Struck On Garden State Parkway: State Police
A 16-year-old teenage boy from Newark was fatally struck on the Garden State Parkway in Irvington on Monday, Oct. 9, state police said. At 9:24 p.m., state troopers responded to the Garden State Parkway North 143C ramp, Detective Jeffrey Lebron said. An investigation revealed a vehicle was traveling northbound when the 16-year-old entered the roadway and was struck, suffering fatal injuries, Lebron said. The accident remains under investigation, Lebron said.

16-Year-Old Boy Airlifted In Warren County ATV Crash: Police
A 16-year-old boy was seriously hurt in a crash on an all-terrain vehicle, authorities said. State troopers responded at the 4:09 p.m. ATV crash on Sunday, Feb. 12 on Rutherford Drive in White Township. Based on a preliminary investigation the ATV overturned, causing the operator to be ejected and sustain serious injuries, State Police said. The victim was taken to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center after police found him on North 5th Street near Haledon Avenue at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
