Victim In Newark Box-Cutter Attack Needed 100 Stitches, Suspect Sought

Police in Newark are looking for a 41-year-old man in connection with a vicious assault May 2.

During an altercation at 606 N. 6th St., Edwin "Cito" Pabon Saldana allegedly used a box cutter on another man, causing wounds requiring 100 stitches.

Pabon Saldana, who is 5'10" and 190 lbs., has been charged with aggravated assault.

Anyone with information on Pabon Saldana is asked to call the 7th Precinct detective squad at 973-375-0475.
