Warrants have been issued for three men wanted in connection with an armed carjacking in Newark earlier this month, police said .
The victim was carjacked at gunpoint in the 100 block of Summer Avenue Aug. 13.
Rakeem McNair, 19, Raquin Tanner, 24, and Elhajj Sall, 20, all of Newark, are each being sought on charges of carjacking, kidnapping, conspiracy and weapon possession.
