Know Them? Police Seek Trio Who Robbed Juveniles In Newark

Authorities in Newark are seeking the public's help identifying three men involved in a robbery.

The men pictured above approached two juveniles walking in the vicinity of Bergen Street and 15th Avenue on Friday, Jan. 17 around 3:30 p.m., police say.

The men stole a cell phone from one of the victims and struck him with a closed fist, according to police.

One of the men is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and 140 pounds with a medium build. He was wearing blue jeans at the time of the robbery, police say.

The second man is also estimated to be 5 feet 10 inches tall but has a slim build and was wearing a face mask during the incident, according to police.

A description of the third suspect was not immediately available.
