Two Hospitalized After Tree Limb Falls On Them In Paramus PARAMUS, N.J. -- A homeowner and his friend were hospitalized with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening after a tree limb fell on them in Paramus on Sunday. The men were removing branches from a Sycamore Street tree damaged during the recent storm when the limb struck both of them shortly before 2:30 p.m., Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg said. "The resident suffered a laceration to his head and complained of pain in that area," the chief said. "His friend complained of pain in his chest and shoulder."
