Violent Englewood Criminal Freed Under Bail Reform Slams, Knocks Out Innocent Pedestrian An Englewood mugger who was released by a judge after committing two strong-arm robberies in the city slammed an innocent pedestrian into a wall, knocking the victim out cold and breaking his shoulder, authorities said. City detectives had identified Roger Hernandez, 22, in March as the robber who grabbed separate victims on James Street and Depot Square Park (also known as Veterans Park) several weeks earlier.
