Motorcyclist, 27, Ejected, Struck By Car And Killed On Route 80: State Police
A 27-year-old Little Falls resident was killed when his motorcycle overturned on Route 80 and ejected him into the path of a car that hit him, authorities said.
Justin Moyett, 27, was headed west on the highway when his Suzuki flipped just past Exit 59 in Paterson shortly before 10 p.m. Monday, July 31, New Jersey State Police Sgt. First Class Philip Curry said.
Moyett was struck by a Mercedes-Benz C230 after he landed, the sergeant said.
He was pronounced dead soon after.
The Mercedes driver wasn't injured, Curry said.

Two Bodies Recovered Off Jersey Beaches In May So Far
Two bodies have been recovered off of Jersey Shore beaches so far this month, authorities said.
On Monday, May 22 at approximately 6 p.m., New Jersey State Police were notified that the body of a deceased white man was located roughly 1 mile offshore north of Sandy Hook, according to Sgt. Philip Curry, a spokesman for the State Police.
FDNY Marine Unit and the US Coast Guard arrived and recovered the body, Curry said.
The deceased man had not been identified and this incident is under investigation, he said. There were no additional details.

Sussex County Man Killed In Crash With Pickup Truck On Route 80, State Police Say
A Sussex County man was killed in a Route 80 crash involving a pickup truck during the afternoon on Sunday, Oct. 16, state police confirmed.
Joseph Bahnken, 76, was driving a Mitsubishi in the center lane of Route 80 eastbound when he entered the left lane and hit a Nissan pickup truck near milepost 25.4 in Mount Olive at 2:55 p.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told DailyVoice.com.
The Mitsubishi then ran off the road and hit the left guardrail, causing Bahnken, of Andover, to suffer fatal injuries, Curry said.

Three pedestrians were struck and killed by a car in Burlington County Saturday, Sept. 24, authorities said.
A Nissan Maxima heading north on Chatworth Barnegat Road (CR-532) struck the rear of a Ford Mustang, also heading north around 11:25 p.m. in Woodland Township, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Philip Curry said.
The Nissan then hit three pedestrians identified as Dion Cardell, 50, of Browns Mills, Michael Stull, 46, of Hamilton, and Brian Blaszka, 36, of Forked River. All were killed.

A 53-year-old man died after a pair of Jersey Shore boaters tried rescuing him earlier this week, authorities said.
Stanley Zagleski III, of Carteret, was rescued by a pair of fisherman who noticed he was struggling in the Shrewsbury River near Bay Avenue around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Philip Curry said.
The boaters pulled Zagleski onto their boat and began CPR, before dialing 911, Highlands Police Chief Robert Burton told Daily Voice.
