See New Walkway That's Making This NJ Town More Pedestrian Friendly Montgomery is about to get a little more pedestrian friendly. The township will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new pedestrian pathway on Skillman Road on Wednesday, Oct. 16.  The half-mile pedestrian pathway connects Otto Kaufman Community Center, Montgomery High School and other neighboring areas.
